Very central location of this lovely family run hotel was a bonus. The staff were happy to help, nothing to complain about. Thoroughly enjoyed our spotless and compact room with a balcony and the traditional-style building.

Here I spent 3 nights and loved being in this place. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was spotless and compact. Its fantastic, very central location was a plus. I checked out a green Flag park, that was set at a moderate distance from the property. Fabulously friendly, amiable staff that were happy to help.

Thank you very much for the very good stay for all the activities in Skegness. The hotel offers excellent and unbeatable location near to the pier and all the other attractions like the aquarium, the amusements and the Theatre and most of the Social clubs. Also, it's 2 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade.

Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay. Location was excellent, just 15 minutes to Skegness train station by walking. Wellies Bar is just a walk down to the hotel. Just a 5-minute stroll from skegness pier, which was a big plus.
