Great location, it was just next door to tram stop at the end of the road. I tried some drinks at bar The Red Lion, located 20 minutes walk away. Stayed in double room with a good selection on offer which was perfect for me.
Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Pleasant hotel, breakfast was gorgeous, amazing location by the seafront lovely. Good-sized and immaculate room with comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Came here for 3 nights with my teens, had a perfectly pleasant stay. The staff was affable, amicable, nothing too much trouble. The setting was magnificent, near to tram stop at the end of the road, and the tower and pleasure Beach. Stopped by Teapot Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's a walking distance from the venue, recommend.
