I went on a weekend and everything here was brand-new. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The cost was £ 28. The incredible location nearby a railway station was just what I needed. Found in the calm area, the hotel offered good prices.

We had a comfortable bedroom. It had a lovely and fantastic location adjacent to the town centre, train station and town centre, and shops, cafes/ restaurants, golf place, amusement. The staff was fantastic friendly and very very helpful all the time.

The food for breakfast was brilliant. We were given a double room upon arrival. The hotel was just off the pub down stairs and music, train station and town centre and shops thanks to its magnificent and fantastic location.

It was nice base for travelling to Dawlish, I was glad to stay there. All in all comfortable room. Very welcoming staff, provided information if needed. The hotel was in a central setting in the center of the town. What's more, it was close enough to trains, buses, beach and shops, train station and town centre and the pub down stairs and music. I would recommend the place.

I did not want to leave, so would be happy to recommend this hotel. Most of the staffs were fantastic friendly and excellent. The room was clean and perfect, had essentials, like a shower and bath sheets. It met the demands. The location for Dawlish was lovely and fantastic, near to centre of Dawlish, train station and town centre and beach and all the shops. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Red Rock Beach.

We would recomand it. Came here for 2 nights with our son, had a truly memorable stay. The staff was nice, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. Had great and brilliant location in the center of the town, extremely close to Dawlish Lawn.

My 2 nights in Dawlish were really great. The staff were fantastic friendly and excellent and always had a smile. I enjoyed configuration of the double room. Its location was marvellous and lovely, just 5 minutes walk from Dawlish Beach Cams. Everything exceeded all expectations, I would definitely go again.
