The hotel was located really close to Scarborough, within walking distance of the open air theatre, and open air theatre and peasholm park. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect close to the beach, great for for where we were going. The bedroom was large and airy. The breakfast with juice and yoghurt, as for instance was tasty and delicious, had so much to choose from.

What a magnificent location perfect right on the doorstep of a beautiful park! Besides, easy access to a sculpture gallery. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard twin room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. Tasty and gorgeous breakfast with plenty of great food.

The property met the purpose, we would definitely return here. The hotel is fantastic and exceptionally clean, everything is very good. The staff is amicable, the room is good-sized and airy. There is lots of outstanding food for breakfast. Its location is convenient, just off a beautiful park, Scarborough and the beach, Glen, Lin and Emerly.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a very quiet area, just next door to front garden, Scarborough, within walking distance of the open air theatre and North Shore. The personnel was courteous, and the host too. Had the standard king room and it was spotlessly clean in air freshner at the back of my bed.

The stay here was great for two nights. The location was ideal, next to Scarborough, within walking distance of the open air theatre and the beach and attractions. Also, Royal Mile was max 25 minutes walk to. I was offered a room with perfect views of the park and sea.

Sincerely, it was a such great stay for two nights. The breakfast was lovely, a wide array of brilliant food. The view was excellent, the staff was courteous. The particularly good and absolutely perfect location was so close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. And the area was really quiet, near Peasholm Park, front garden and the beach, Glen, Lin and Emerly.
