Both rooms we booked were new-fashioned and spotless with a separate area for children to sleep and bunk beds plus Tv. The hotel was set in a very central area close to the ferries and the shops. It also was very near to the beach.

All in all everything was great, had a fantastic stay as great value for money. The rooms at this boutique hotel were clean with a comfy bed. The location was excellant - really close to lovely restaurants and pubs in shanklin, both the beach and local shops, and bus stop directly outside the property. Besides, it was 20 mins walk from Welcome Beach.
