The property was fairly clean and brilliant. The room was large, with comfy bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Had hot drinks in the downstairs bar. The stay was absolutely really amazing.

We loved staying in this hotel! Everything there was fabulous. The budget queen room was beautifully decorated and cheap. The location was peaceful because it was really close to South Shore entertainments, sea front and a short tram ride into the centre of town, and a lovely quiet area. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.
