The hotel is perfect and fairly clean, has great views of Shanklin bay. As for me location is convenient and handy, so close to seafront and Shanklin lift and Shanklin Old Village as well as the cliff to the beach which has beach side amusements, Restaurants and great views to sea. Don't forget to visit nearby Grub Plus Restaurant, they have best coffee ever.

The room we booked was nicely decorated. The breakfast was exceptional, plus the location was magnificent. Shanklin seafront was a short way from the hotel, liked its location to the seafront of Shanklin. The free parking was onsite, superb service.
