Exceptional service offered in this hotel. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and large. The employees where competent and hard-working. The location was magnificent and perfect for me as it was adjacent to Plymouth with great links to Cornwall, the centre of all the bars and restaurants and the nightlife.

Liked our rooms with a great view. The staff was excellent and active in managing every request. The hotel's position was particularly good, so close to neighbouring bars and clubs and the centre of all the bars. Plus we were very close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Everything is lovely, we appreciated this hotel. The staff are professional, managed the parking onsite. This property is in a perfect location, very close to restaurants and bars, pubs and outdoor live music with speakers and Central to Plymouth. There is a lot of restaurants to eat, like Yukisan that is only 5 minutes' walk away. Perfect stay, no complains at all, we can recommend.

Double room had upgrades, it was neat and amazingly spacious. The room had a TV set, a pretty good coffee, and a little refrigerator plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The hotel was placed in the central location right next to a night club. Btw, I was not too far away from Mayflower Steps.
