In overall, the place is truly exceptional, has excellent staff at the reception desk. My must haves' are an airy, well-maintained room with a balcony, good aircon and 2 comfortable chairs. The rate is £ 133, satisfied. Its location is excellent and amazing, near to the Artisan restaurant, both Eastbourne and the Pier and Western Lawns. For lunch or dinner go to Eastzeast Liverpool, located minutes from the hotel.

I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with nice toiletries as well as balcony was not a problem. The property's location is perfect, right by Artisan restaurant, beach and all amenities and such as the Pier. As I remember, there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Great Hall that was only 5 minutes' walk away. This is a hotel go-to for Eastbourne!
