Everything was good, personnel was welcoming. The room was huge plus it had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and TV. It had a roll-in shower in the excellent bathroom.
The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

Truly enjoyed every detail about our real good 1 night stay here. There was good food, the staff was really helpful and efficient. The location offered was quiet near the back beer garden, the pub itself and the centre of a pretty village with lovely thatched cottages. Besides, National Trust was 3 km away from the property.
Some of the staff were poorly trained.

The hotel was located just off the centre of a pretty village with lovely thatched cottages, and a beer garden. Booked a family room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers and TV. A roll-in shower in the fine bathroom was super awesome. Everyone was accommodating and very pleasant. The location was great and stunning, to the IoW Ultra event, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Brighstone War Memorial was also a 10-15 minute walk from the property.
