The place was impeccably clean and staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast selection was fresh and outstanding with hearty portions and better sausages, for example. It had a perfect location near to sea front, on the front resturants and Paignton and Dartmouth. Plus, such tourist sights as a famous Victorian entertainment complex were right at the hotel.

Thanks for the pleasant stay for 5 nights. It has perfect location an easy walk to Dartmouth Steam Railway. What's more, it's in a comfortable area very close to ordinary train stations. The staff are very very helpful and reasonably good and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The staff was excellent friendly and reasonably good all the time. Had a very enjoyable stay for 5 nights, would recomand this place. The location of the hotel was incredible and prime - a 10-15 minute walk from an outdoor water park. Moreover, it was not far from the harbour, goodrington beach and shops. Thanks to the attentive staff everything was perfect, including plenty of amazing food.

Nice breakfast, GREAT location. The room was very clean. Here we stayed so close to some popular places such as goodrington sands beach. Scoffs, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
