The location was comfortable and handy - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The most important was the staff - very friendly and attentive people. The room was brand-new and top-class in bath having to use paper cup for tea or coffee, and we liked it.

The very central location and fantastic and awesome staff were the highlight of this fantastic stay. Easily reached Havana Bank Sq, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
