Everything looks perfect. High quality food options are available for continental breakfast. This property is in an incredible location, short walk to upper Tresanton, which involves many steps, St Mawes and the Tresanton, and a green peninsula beyond. Furthermore, it is 2 km from the touristic places like a green Flag park.

The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, landscaped gardens was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It was located in a stunning area right by sailing boats, Penzance in Cornwall, and the restaurant and the Dog Bar. The queen room was large and fashionable with warped wooden floors, so that guests had essentials.

The hotel's location was amazing and beautiful to a green peninsula beyond. Besides, we were close to the restaurant with breakfasts taken on the terrace in the morning sun, and the roof garden. The hotel room was well-appointed and spotless with a balcony which offered fab views of the water and fab views of the water plus warped wooden floors. I was offered a delicious breakfast with provided quickly and toast arriving way before food, as example. The location was stunning for exploring this comfortable area, very close to the seafront as well as Falmouth, which has a lot more going on for a day trip. I tried some drinks at bar The Rising Sun, located 10 minutes walk away.
