I enjoyed spending time here. Had a great stay except for the nights, glad I've chosen it. The location was great and magnificent there, in the entertainment centre. Also, this hotel was situated 2 km from tourist destination like Royal Liver Building. All the staff was friendly, resolved my issues.

Every visit to Dawlish we like to stay here. The staff are helpful, overall. The setting is good, it's close to the beach and all the attractions, nature reserve, and a vast park. You can relax at The Boathouse, located nearby.

All in all, spent my time really good here. There were central heating, an ironing set, and TV in the rooms, which made them outstanding. Plus it had pleasant view of garden. I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel.
