Amicable staff and the place was fairly clean. Had good sleep at the twin room. The location was amazing as for me, near to Winter Gardens, the Tower and Winter Gardens, and the sea front. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from a sunday food market.

Charming hotel located in a fairly nice area really close to the Tower and Winter Gardens, the sea front and coral island, the tower and McDonalds. Early check-in and terrific customer service. Wi-Fi provided in the venue. Marvellous location within walking distance of Saint Mary's Cathedral.

This is a hotel go-to for Blackpool! Absolutely charming place if you stay for one night. Plus, the location is marvellous and good, minutes from Coral Island Amusement Center. And it's nestled in a nice building right by the sea front and coral island, the tower and McDonalds. The units are lovely, functional. The staff is nice, as well as host.

I spent 1 night here and really enjoyed that. The room was functional and lovely, had smoke detectors for the safety. The bed was comfy and I slept very well. The staff was nice, terrific services. The location was good - close enough to Winter Gardens and Blackpool main attractions. There was cafe Mermaid Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.
