The room we had was beautifully decorated and gorgeous, came with separate bath, comfortable beds, as example. Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets was a bonus. The hotel's position was absolutely perfect and excellent, near centre of Broadstone.

We do recommend this hotel to friends, thoroughly enjoyed its location. The breakfast is enjoyable and perfect with freshly squeezed juice, home made bread and cooked eggs, had everything you could imagine. The setting is stunning and magnificent, adjacent to the lovely garden, local restaurants and the ferry terminal, beautiful area.

We think it's an ideal place for staying in Poole. Its location is good, really close to the pretty garden, the charming conservatory which overlooks the pretty garden and the centre.
The room is quite cold.

The most important was the staff - amicable and super people. The room was well-appointed for the wonderful breakfast, I felt comfortable there. The breakfasts were always enjoyable with granola, tasty home-made yoghurt and added touches.

The twin room room included an electric kettle, a personal safe and central heating, we were happy about that. The bed was extremely comfy with hypoallergenic pillows.
