The location was great and incredible, near to town centre, convenient to go everywhere. In general the room was spotless with excellent views, and I appreciated it.
Its shower pressure was a little low and caused inconvenience.

Spotlessly clean and IDEAL place. Airy rooms with a hair dryer, excellent views, as for instance, always amiable and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfasts at 9.25. Good and amazing location for visiting bars and pubs. Great restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Our room was large and bright, equipped with excellent views and a hair dryer. The staff was amiable, providing a good service. The hotel had a central location and it was right next to Paignton Harbour.

The whole experience was very lovely, no complaints, do recommend. We had a large continental breakfast. The place had a family atmosphere. The service provided there was good. Moreover, we could park the car onsite. Location: the hotel was not far from public transport that was easy to negotiate and economical, town centre, numerous eateries, bars, station and beach.

I truly enjoyed nicely decorated and reasonably large rooms with excellent views, a hair dryer, for example, and friendly staff. Everything was fabulous, and the breakfast was large and adequate at 9.25.

Clean and wonderful property with large continental breakfasts and nice staff. Clean room with good views, an electric kettle, central heating, and TV. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Incredible location in a lovely area next to nearby restaurants, the beach and pier and pubs. A couple of blocks away from Geoplay Park.

The room is spotless, airy and has garden views. There is an electric kettle, central heating and a TV set - that's always a plus. The location is unbeatable and amazing, 2 km from Paignton Zoo Environmental Park. It is found in a lovely area short walk to Paignton. I would stay here again, loved excellent stay.

Everything was good, had a fantastic stay on the 3rd visit. The view from the single room was great! It was nice to have an electric kettle, central heating and TV. The staff helped us and were pleasant. The location was unbeatable, right next to Roundham Head Headland.

Our double room had a flat-screen television, a sitting area and ironing facilities. Stopped by Cafe Verde to get some coffee and treats, it's a few steps away from the venue, recommend. Best resort we have stayed in.
