The staff were welcoming and polite made my stay very enjoyable. The superior double room was new-fashioned and nicely decorated with bunk beds. Iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment turned out to be good. As for me, the location was particularly good, just off centre. The hotel was in a quiet street.

Liked the way our double room with tea and coffee making facilities was. We had an electric kettle and glassware in the room. This hotel was located in a very central area next to the center, Torquay has to offer, and the sea front/Harbour.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Neat and absolutely fabulous place and the breakfast was delicious and sensational. The standard king room was a decent size, it had coffee, an iron and ironing board. The staff was fantastic friendly and exceptionally nice and gave some great recommendations. It was in the very central location on a hill. Plus, a famous Victorian entertainment complex was not very far from the venue.
