The room was beautifully decorated and unique, and the bed was extremely comfy, would love to go back. The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & very very helpful. This accommodation had a central setting to the Quays shopping outlet. Further, it was not far from so many fascinating boutique shops, the many interesting sites at the Dockyards and the beautiful garden.

Everything was excellent, the parking was nearby, the room was reasonably spacious and elegant. Appreciated multi-channel TV, a seating area and ironing facilities in the room. The staff were pretty friendly and welcoming, provided excellent services. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including tea and toast.

I didn't want to leave, so do recommend this hotel. I lovely spend 1 night in Portsmouth. Excellent staff, I appreciated to be there. I got beautifully decorated and brand-new room with a drink and a shower as advertised. The location was particularly good in Old Portsmouth close to the Cathedral. And it's at a medium distance from The Pembroke, ate there once or twice.

We came to Portsmouth for a wedding celebration, everything was modern. The location was magnificent and fantastic, in Old Portsmouth close to the Cathedral and the interior design was unique. What's more, it was right by the many interesting sites, the garden, and the arcades. Really enjoyed our stay in this place.
