Had great location nowhere near the harbour. Besides, we were right by restaurant Staff friendly and helpful, the beach and also St Ives town center and train station. Had a tasty breakfast with gorgeous views, really enjoyed the meal.

Would definitely recommend this accommodation to all. Thanks for the wonderful stay for the remaining 3 nights of our stay. We were offered perfect continental breakfast. The rooms are lovely sized and airy with a lounge, a coffeemaker, and a coffee table. Central location close enough to Godrevy, the Porthminster cafe, and StIves port, and pubs and cafes are next to the hotel. Also, an adjoining garden is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.
