Overall an INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL Victorian hotel. Particularly good and marvellous setting, just next door to St Ives town centre and the harbour. Nearby The Moon and Sixpence - great place to chill out. Big and perfect unit with comfortable bed.

The hotel is lovely, stunningly beautiful based in a lovely building. The setting is marvellous and good, near to the town centre, St Ives and the harbour. Also, it is a minute walk from Whitby Beach, near the station.

We both enjoyed it, the place is homely and lovely and suited fine. The location was magnificent, next to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

We think it's a characterful base for staying in St Ives. The location is excellent, 1 km from an adjoining garden. The airport is 15 km away. When we visit St Ives, like staying here.
