The venue is attractive, fairly clean and the location is great and lovely not far from the Seven Sisters cliffs, the beach and the Town Centre and Eastbourne town centre and bus stops. Continental breakfast offers lots of gorgeous food choices. It offers good services. Moreover, it has private parking for your convenience.

The venue was excellent value, I loved the location not far from the pier and town centre as well as the very nice Victorian promenade, and sea views. The continental breakfast that I ordered was marvellous. For my taste room was good sized and en suite with very pretty interior. I had a warm welcome, lovely friendly staff. The service was very good in my opinion. Besides, I was able to park on street. That hotel was in a wonderful and fantastic location, on the beach.

The rooms are impeccably clean and cheap and have gorgeous views of the sea. It has marvellous and lovely location to see a circular coastal defence fort. And it's nestled in an absolutely fabulous building near so near the seafront and the pier, which is historically less affluent part of the town.
