Great food, great service and beautiful view of the sea. Well-maintained and extremely pleasant rooms and hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Enjoyable and marvellous morning meal in the garden. Beautiful, wonderful location near the harbour and pubs/ eateries, restaurants in Mousehole and the beautiful garden, helpful staff. Lovely experience there.

Everything was spotless, fantastic staff, particularly nice views of the sea. Absolutely gorgeous room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware upon arrival. This accommodation had a very central setting on the pier. Greatly enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and would definitely stop here again.

Nice place to visit in Penzance, if compared to other hotels. Had 3 days in Penzance, spending our time here lovely. The location of the property was stunning and fascinating as we were close enough to restaurants, the beautiful garden and the beach. Besides, it was 2 km away from Cornwall's Great Escape Rooms.
