The location was unbeatable and magnificent for walking around Saint Mary's Cathedral. The morning breakfast was rich and very very good with yoghurt and fruit, for instance.

Thanks all for a very enjoyable stay for my one night solo visit. Liked the location close to the bus stop for travel to Lyme Regis rather than taking the car. Besides, I wanted to visit a historic fortress, that was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

View over the valley was stunningly beautiful, the room was neat and spacious. I had an extremely comfy bed, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. The hotel had a central location very near the sea.

I didn't feel like leaving, so strongly recommend this hotel. The room was fashionable and I had a varied breakfast. The location was peaceful, close to the beach, with a fantastic view. The breakfast had plenty of fresh food and drinks.

All in all, it was useful base for travelling to Charmouth. The hotel's location was central, close to the bus stop for travel to Lyme Regis rather than taking the car. It is a wonderful base for one night, has delightful views across the Dorset rolling hills. Comfy bed in the deluxe king room, plus an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating.
