Really enjoyed the place, had a such wonderful stay for 3 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent, up near the main shopping centre. What's more, it was next to westdene for 9 years now, beach, and Skegness seafront.

The breakfast offered was very tasty for every taste. The hotel was just off Westdene for several years now, town center, and the garden in the sunshine thanks to its great and lovely location. Saint Mary's Cathedral was just outside the door.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous and quiet location close to Westdene for the previous 12 years, about a 10 minute walk from the centre and Skegness. Cafe The Coffee House located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It was fairly clean, the staff was extremely friendly, plus the service was exceptional. Really tasty and incredible breakfast with Gluten-free options available was available. The location was marvellous and lovely, a short walk from the beach.

We liked airy room with a single and a double bed and amicable staff. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and fantastic, to all attractions even a spar around the corner. It was also not far from the centre of Skegness and the shops, beach or the amusements.

Gorgeous building, great location near the clock tower, the shops, beach or the amusements, and center of town. Also, by the designated smoking area.

I've chosen this lovely little hotel for staying here with my family members. The staff were helpful. The location close to the beach was particularly good and absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, no reason to complain. Besides, parking was available nearby.

Thanks everyone for a really nice stay for 3 nights. It was airy, brand-new and with 3 beds. The breakfast was delicious and for every taste, the staff was very attentive.
