Perfect and magnificent location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Had double room with 2 single beds, a private bathroom plus view of Arthur's seat to ensure we had a real good stay.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the other buses towards South Bridge, the centre and public transport. And it was at a walking distance from Ristorante Isola, ate there couple of times. Liked central heating, coffee/tea makers and a TV in the room. And beds were very comfy.
