Exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous accommodation with excellent setting short walk to the sea front and main shopping area + many pubs and restaurants and local attractions, restaurants, and of course the Promenade. Beautifully presented and well-kept rooms for drinks fresh milk available. Excellent service, parking on site.

We booked a superior double room for a bottle of the old grape juice and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel has unbeatable location very close to the pier and other main attractions as well as beach, pier and tram station.

My 2 nights in Llandudno were perfectly pleasant. The standard double room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, the bed was extremely comfy. I had a wonderful breakfast with fresh milk and sandwiches, as example. Loved this old-fashioned hotel, can just recommend.

Everything was outstanding, I loved my stay. It exceeded all expectations, had a very very good stay in February 2015. Affable and attentive team, they made me feel welcome. I got the standard queen room, it was top-class and spotless.

The location was incredible - really close to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants as well as restaurants and bars and places to visit. The venue was situated next door to some of tourist spots, like a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

I think the hotel was brilliant and incredibly beautiful, would stay here again. I had enjoyable 3-night stay here! I appreciated the breakfast, it was the best and lovely with sandwiches and vegan options, had everything could need. The location was great for exploring this local area, just off great restaurants and cafe, the promenade and the main shopping street and the pier and other main attractions.

This is an old-fashioned clean hotel providing spotless rooms. The location is marvellous, 1 km from Great Orme. The bets part that it's next to the main areas for eating and visiting and Llandudno for an Easter break in April 2013. I appreciated very welcoming personnel that ensures guests have an excellent stay.

came in llandudno to relax and have fun, this old-fashioned hotel was nice place for doing it. the location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from promenade. besides, it was so close to llandudno, beach and tram and the tram. all of the staff were welcoming, informative.

We would recomand to anyone. The place is overall clean, the room is elegant, the staff is excellent. The venue has perfect location close to centre. Also it is really close to Llandudno's many attractions, pubs and Llandudno for an Easter break in April 2013. The hotel provides an excellent service. Parking is on site.

Breakfast was excellent, we were provided with the family room. It was very close to west shore boating lake. We loved pizzeria Zak's Kebabs, situated 200 metres away from the hotel. We had single beds and we all slept well. Plus, free Wi Fi was available. Good choice for 2 nights.
