The food was GREAT, the breakfast was excellent. Saint Mary's Cathedral was next to the hotel, enjoyed its location really close to the beach. Plus, it was close enough to all attractions as well as seafront.

The stay here was enjoyable for four nights. We where moved to a king room with coffee and coffee making facilities. This was an ideal and comfortable location short walk to the shopping centre quiet area, centre of Skegness and seafront. Also, Skegness Pier was 2 km away.

My stay was very enjoyable for four nights. The breakfast was absolutely superb and sensational with a wide array of food and complimentary drinks. All the staff was very very helpful and amiable, settled my issues. The hotel's location was perfect, really close to the shops, bars, restaurants, the centre and the beach and shops. Cafe Coffee Bean located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
