Wonderful old, spotless place, worth its 3 stars. This property is in a marvellous location, really close to coast and Hideaway cafe on the cliffs, and garden. Plus, the hotel is located at a medium distance from a victorian pier.

I got complimentary apartment with great bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in the room too. The location was fab, just a pleasant stroll away from an award-winning oceanarium. The bus stop was 200 metres away.

We loved this staying. Only stayed 7 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this good old hotel. The room was newly decorated and beautiful, offered a coffeemaker, a safe box, and a kettle. It looked out to sea. The location was fab to Shanklin beach-both walkable v easily . Moreover, it's just off the cafe all through the day.

Greatly enjoyed Shanklin, the hotel was lovely to the cafe all through the day. Our room was compact and beautiful, it had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The location of this venue close enough to the train station and other bus stops, and the centre of Shanklin and beach was good. We saw Shanklin seafront, that's relatively near the venue.

Everything in this spotless hotel was perfect. Location: the property was next to the centre of town and the seafront. I tried some drinks at pub The Falcon Inn Pub, located 10 minutes walk away.
