Comfortable place for 2 nights in Edinburgh, well appointed hotel. Terrific service overall. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Excellent and absolutely perfect location - a minute walk from a restored theatre. Set minute walk from a tram station in the very nice area.

Everything was really good, loved our enjoyable stay. Well decorated rooms with a kettle and an iron, facilities worked well. The hotel's location was incredible, close enough to the Playhouse, restaurants and cafes and Christmas markets and Waverly Station.

The setting was incredible, just next door to Twelve Picardy Place on Saturday, New Town, bus/tram, and pubs steps away. Didn't like when it was bitterly cold outside, went to Cafe Piccante to relax and grab some food.

Original and ideal place to stay, pleasant views over the new town to the Forth. Very comfy bed and lovely looking and good-sized room. Excellent customer care, parking on-site. Not to mention free wifi! Lovely building, great location close enough to the Playhouse and Omni Centre, on a main road as well as Princes Street c. Again, not far from a parish church. Awesome food in the attached restaurant. What a very nice stay, nothing to complain about.

The weather was warm, had great stay on Saturday the 11th July at 12 Picardy Place. I enjoyed huge and updated rooms with drinks, a fantastic view and hair dryer, and courteous staff. It was in an incredible location close to a restored theatre. Everything was simply excellent.
