Fairly clean property with very amiable and excellent staff. Great breakfasts and excellent food available. Particularly good location, close to the promenade whicj was ideal for us. And close to the winter gardens. Overall fairly nice stay of one night.

Breakfast was SUPERB and the bed was comfortable. We really loved the convenience of the twin room, as well as tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and a study table etc. Fast food restaurant Greggs - Houndshill was 400 metres away from the place. Services included free WiFi. We would book again, it is very good value for money.
