The breakfasts are incredible with salmon, freshly cooked home made food using many locally sourced ingredients plus home made fare wherever possible. The setting is perfect and beautiful, near cliff and beach. Besides, the hotel is located 2 km away from Grand Pier.

Thank you very much everyone for a really great stay for two nights. The staff was welcoming, helped with every request. Bread and jam were delicious and overall there was a wide range of food. The setting of hotel was great and stunning, within walking distance of the sea.

The staff are amiable, and the host too. The location is stunning and perfect, close to the sea. Plus, this hotel is really close to buses and station and loads of places to visit, Teignmouth with another going towards Holcombe and the town centre.

What a luxurious and homey place! Immaculate units with a very comfortable bed. Lots of food at the breakfast, including breads and jam. The hotel of choice in Teignmouth.

Everything was as excellent as it could be. I had spotless, airy room complete with the bedroom and lovely personal touches. I appreciated the delightful options for breakfast, including slices of fresh bread and jam. The hotel was in a marvellous location short walk to Teignmouth, buses and eating places. The staff was welcoming, so I will be back.

Had a really great stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. I had a varied breakfast with freshly cooked home made food using many locally sourced ingredients. The location was stunning, at a medium distance from a family friendly museum. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were understanding.

Recommend this place and would stay there again. I came here with my husband. The location of the hotel was marvellous, enough to the town centre. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including fresh bread and jam.
