Wonderful base for exploring Blackpool. Clean hotel with amicable and great staff and marvellous location. Outstanding & spacious room, with central heating, an iron and a TV. Comfy beds for a good night sleep.

The rooms are perfect and the staff are pleasant! There is a good choice of great food for breakfast. It's nestled in a lovely building with unbeatable location on a tram at the bottom of the road.
