Everything was great, including welcoming staff and stunning location close to other bars. The room was perfectly clean and provided with a balcony, the bedroom, for example. The food was astonishing, the breakfast was lovely.

Everything was good, terrific service, amazing location really close to the pier and high street, the restaurant which once again has brilliant sea views, and the centre. Newly refurbished building and rooms with a lovely view. The welcoming staff working throughout the hotel. Brilliant food at the attached restaurant.

Had a pleasant time. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone. The staff was attentive and helpful, they give us all the help. Central location just next door to the center of town, the centre of the city and pier, shops and pubs, it was in a nice area. Also, the venue was near Saint Mary's Cathedral.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.
