Breakfast with fresh fruit. The excellent location for the price, short walk to quirky shops, cosy restaurants and the botanic gardens and the centre of Edinburgh on hop off terminal.

Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! Great to have cable channels, ironing facilities and a writing table. The stuff are excellant and ready to help if you need anything.

The location was magnificent and beautiful for exploring this calm area, so close to terminal as well as the old town. New Town district was worth visiting. We got a room with a bath.
