It's a well presented and quiet place. Everyone is attentive and host too. It is in incredible location to an official residence, set an easy walk to the hotel.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with tea coffee making facilities as well as a view into the back garden which was really well kept.
Though everything was absolutely great, some of the staff were busy.

The hotel has an ideal and excellent location, to the main area which we could have walked easily. The staff are very amiable. The breakfast itself is fresh and wonderful with omelettes and as much cereal, as example.

The breakfast was lovely with as much cereal, omelettes plus pancakes, the restaurant was PLEASANT. The staff were accommodating and the design was lovely. Its location at a walking distance from a chill cafe was marvellous.

The property was perfectly clean, featured unique design, I truly enjoyed it. The double room was fashionable and good sized with garden view. Had lovely location on a bus line that took me to central Edinburgh, a few steps away from Priestfield Parish Church. I had really really nice days staying at this classy hotel.
