The hotel had a central location and it was not very far from a victorian museum. I stayed in the room that was not cleaned once a bed was not changed at all and available with a free drink, fridge, as for instance.

Thank you for an excellent stay. It has exceptionally nice and super friendly staff and boasts nice views of courtyard. The room is reasonably priced. There is a plenty of supplies like : a kettle and an iron. The service is friendly, includes easy free parking. Besides, guests can park cars close to hotel. The location is marvellous, first in the restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed that the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Great location adjacent to a taxi to newcastle, tynemouth, and the Bar/Restaurant, I felt safe. Had lunch/dinner at Starbucks Coffee, which I found at a short distance from the hotel.

It was excellent time in Sunderland. Enjoyed our 1 night stay. The location was good - just 5 minutes' walk from Boldon Business Park. The hotel was in a modern area, so close to Walmart / Asda shop, restaurants and an asda, and cinema and pubs, pizza hut, soft play for kids. The breakfast was nice hot for sub-standard hot plate food, the best we had in Sunderland.
Wi-Fi signal was not very good, very dark room, a little disappointed.
