Had an excellent time. The place was pleasant and comfortable and restaurant was nice. The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful with toast and catering wholesale products, and the ones who served it were affable. The service was good.

We came to Shanklin for a long weekend, can't complain about anything for this hotel. If you don't want to go far from the property, try The Crab Inn, which is 300 m away. Very close to a coach station, convenient.
