The staff was attentive and very amiable and made me feel at home. The location was unbeatable there, close to the Clock Tower. I stayed at this hotel for easter, it was a perfect stay.

Everything was excellent, including attentive staff. The location was good - adjacent to beach & shops, town center Dave and Andrea and centre. Also, it was set only 1 km to Skegness Model Village.

Greatly enjoyed my stay here and would recomand it. I stayed for 4 nights here and had a lovely time. Attentive staff as I wanted. The bedroom was good sized and fabulous. The location was good for walking around a chain casino. The hotel was in a peaceful area, just next door to main attractions, the garden and town center Dave.

Everything met expectation, I would want to stay there again. I had 2 nights in Skegness, spending the time here lovely. Liked having central heating, iron/ironing board, and a TV set in the immaculately clean room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were affable. Its location in Skegness was great and fab, next to the main local attractions as well as shops and stuff. Also, I was just a short walk away from Skegness Pier.
