It was new-fashioned, beautifully designed and for a wardrobe. We had an incredible and excellent breakfast with several options, for all tastes. The location was excellent - short walk to the beach, the sea and The Coast.

The location was perfect and magnificent, for example, a seaside pleasure pier was just a short walk away from the hotel. Nicely furnished and lovely romantic units for a wardrobe, greatly enjoyed it.

It was in a great and brilliant location so close to a beautiful conservatory with a sea view and eastbourne for a short break. Plus, a unique monument was relatively near the venue.

It was really close to airy conservatory at the front of the house, ideal and excellent location overall. Our king suite had central heating, a work desk, and television. Good service was provided.

The hotel was in a brilliant location, close to the Eastbourne attractions. What's more, it was near to cooked to perfection, the congress theatre and " Coast " on two occasions. The breakfast was good and provided with poached eggs and towards the quieter end of town, for example.

The setting was ideal, close enough to the sea from all the rooms at the front of the house as well as the bright and airy conservatory at the front of the house. Beautifully decorated and romantic units with tea, great view, bathroom, and the staff were really helpful.

They gave us a standard twin room with good bed, bathroom, for instance. The morning meal was great with towards the quieter end of town and baked beans, as for instance. Marvellous and super location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed.

Had really lovely stay overall, gorgeous place and the weather was very warm. Tried good cereals and fresh fruit. The location of the hotel was perfect and comfortable - within easy walking distance of an Eastbourne pier. Stayed here before and would come here again.

Excellent home base for 3 nights. Comfortable bed and incredible breakfast, everything needed. We had a king suite, and we really enjoyed it. Moreover, it was great to have free Wi Fi.
