Lovely place for exploring Blackpool. We enjoyed location and staff here. Besides, the property had free Wi Fi. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. In the evening we visited little ethel's restaurant, set right at the hotel. Low-budget place, would definitely book again...
