Deluxe twin room was spotless and modern. The hotel had indeed a particularly good location close to all amenities. It was also adjacent to amusements, a lovely park and the sea front.

The whole experience was great from start to finish, strongly recommend. The room was spotless & new-fashioned with big size bathroom, had free Wi-Fi. An electric kettle and glassware were available. The location of the property was good and fab, close enough to walk to amusements. What's more, it was just off seafront shops and restaurants.

The superior room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect and excellent, very close to the sea front and a local convenience store, and theme park. Furthermore, I could visit Southchurch Park.

I went on a christmas and everything here was brand-new. Its location in Southend-on-Sea was marvellous and fab, near the main shops as well as a local convenience store. Explored Sea Life Adventure Aquarium, that is located at a medium distance from the hotel. No reason to complain, I appreciated the stay and can't wait to go back.

The rooms are new-fashioned and tidy, have down pillows. An iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV are available. The location is magnificent and unbeatable and the staff is amiable. Also, you'll need about 15 minutes to reach Thorpe Bay Beach on foot. We would recomand it to friends, had a JUST PERFECT experience.

Everything was brand-new, the parking was nearby, the room was new-fashioned. The staff was amicable and catered to our every need. The location was fab, just a short walk away from Southchurch Hall Gardens. And it was also near to many restaurants, the sea in a quiet street and the main shops.
