The staff were amazing in the whole hotel. Stopped by Clifton Coffee Shop to get some coffee and treats, it's so close to the venue, recommend.

I enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were amicable and amazing. Location: the hotel was near restaurants, the coast and the Port of Tyne. I had a really great time.
