It was perfectly clean, breakfast was fresh made and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and delightfully helpful, as for 3-stars hotel. Relatively quiet and unbeatable location right on the seafront was a plus. The private parking was on-site, efficient service.

The location is particularly good and beautiful, near to the tourist attractions of Llandudno- perfect, Snowdonia national park, and the sea and promenade - couldn't be better. Llandudno Beach district is worth seeing.

Plus, Mostyn Street was at a medium distance from the hotel. The breakfast was rich and savoury, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
