The queen room is spotless with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a balcony plus wash basin. The location is great, at a walking distance from Christ Church. Easy access to bus stop, it's 5 minutes' walk away.

Had a quite comfortable stay here. The location was great and handy, not far from pier and town centre, the seafront and the redoubt fort and easily accessible. A live music venue was also approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Beautifully designed and great place to stay while in Eastbourne. Compact and tidy room, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the room. Great and outstanding food. Absolutely perfect and nice location with a view to city and right by pier and town centre, and Sovereign Harbour. Simply nothing too much trouble, really nice stay.

The hotel is on a marvellous and lovely location so close to town centre and beaches, train station and the sea front. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Mr India, set within 10 minutes walk or so, thoroughly enjoyed where it was located.

The rooms were a nice size and compact equipped with coffee machine, shower, as example. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, for example, a traditional Victorian pier was not very far from the hotel. Overall appreciated our stay and recommend.
