Individually decorated units with a comfortable bed and comfortable mattresses plus coffee, and the staff were affable. We ate breakfast in the garden and really enjoyed hot chocolate, butter, and jam.

Pleasant overall experience. Quaint and exceptionally comfortable hotel located so close to the local pubs The Brookhouse and the handyman, and Liverpool and The green house in particular. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a domestic area, adjacent to Liverpool and The green house in particular, taxi or nice 45 minutes stroll and nice bars. Coffee, butter, and jam for breakfast were much appreciated. I had a neat room to stay, it was complete with tea, coffee and books. The location was marvellous - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

Big size & clean hotel, its location is good and perfect right by Sefton Park which is a beautiful place, the Liverpool and the local pubs The Brookhouse. Everyone is friendly and owner too. I just need to say thank you, would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights in this quaint place, truly enjoyed that. The room we had was spotless and individually decorated with a comfortable bed. Chocolate, butter and jam was a bonus. The stay was very enjoyable, recommend.
