Individually decorated units with a comfortable bed and comfortable mattresses plus coffee, and the staff were affable. We ate breakfast in the garden and really enjoyed hot chocolate, butter, and jam.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a domestic area, adjacent to Liverpool and The green house in particular, taxi or nice 45 minutes stroll and nice bars. Coffee, butter, and jam for breakfast were much appreciated. I had a neat room to stay, it was complete with tea, coffee and books. The location was marvellous - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

Big size & clean hotel, its location is good and perfect right by Sefton Park which is a beautiful place, the Liverpool and the local pubs The Brookhouse. Everyone is friendly and owner too. I just need to say thank you, would stay here again.
