The room was large, bright, it had tea and coffee making equipment, and a kettle. The pillows and bed were extremely comfy, slept like a baby.

The location was particularly good - right by Tynemouth/South Shields, all the shops and a vast choice of eateries and beach. The room was immaculately clean and bright with fridge and microwave when upgraded. The personnel was amiable and welcoming, doing their best to assist.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was magnificent and perfect close to the sea. Loved staying at the spotlessly clean and large family king room with fridge and microwave. The place had a family atmosphere. The staff was amicable and welcoming and we would stay here again.

Everyone working at this absolutely great hotel was very very nice. We had king room with fridge and microwave. Essentials that you need, such as a TV, tea, coffee, and a kettle, were there.
