Well decorated and well-appointed room which had a lounge and a comfortable sofa. The setting of hotel was peaceful and exceptionally nice, close to Playhouse. It was also so close to the best restaurant, Botanical Garden's too and central Edinburgh-quiet and restful yet minutes away from the city centre.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a gorgeous immaculate bathroom, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was excellent for exploring this really quiet area, near the New Town which is a mere 15 minute walk, a quiet area and minutes away from the city centre.

Accommodation was reasonably large and ideal, beds were exceptionally comfortable. My room included an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV. The service was marvellous, it had an exceptional gastronomic restaurant. Definitely, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient. Spent here 1 lovely day and will be back.
