All the staff were efficient, fantastic friendly. I booked deluxe family king suite with many extras and nice final touches plus the shower which turned out to be a modern room. The service was excellent during my stay. The downstairs bar was good, enjoyed this place.

The location was marvellous and brilliant - right by the North Bay attractions such as Peasholm Park, the centre that is the nature of the town and taxi. Found time to see North Bay Promenade, that's relatively near the property. Overall it was gorgeous and clean with views across to the castle.

Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was gorgeous. The personnel was hospitable and fantastic friendly. The setting of hotel was magnificent, very close to everything. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise. Tbh, had a very nice stay in September.
Facilities were clean nice, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location of the hotel was perfect - around 10-15 minutes walk from a landscaped park. What's more, it was next to Open Air Theatre, the park and outdoor theatre, and Scarborough as a family.
