No complaints, the hotel was excellent quality and fabulous. The location was comfortable and ideal and the staff were very efficient! It took only 10 minutes to walk to William Brown St bus stop. This was a fine stay, good prices.

Really friendly and very pleasant staff suggested restaurants. The location was particularly good and incredible, so close to the Marina, the main attractions and town shops, I loved it. And it was not too far from Old Thatched Cottage, ate there couple of times.

Thanks to all fairly friendly and very pleasant staff. Particularly good location for visiting Weston-super-Mare, it's close enough to the beach, Brean Down and the Welsh coast and the restaurant. One of tourist spots - Birnbeck Pier - is relatively close to the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed that.

I would say it's incredible base for staying and exploring Weston-super-Mare. The staff are fairly friendly and very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. You can have toast and cereal with your breakfast if you want to.
