No complaints, the hotel was excellent quality and fabulous. The location was comfortable and ideal and the staff were very efficient! It took only 10 minutes to walk to William Brown St bus stop. This was a fine stay, good prices.

Thanks to all fairly friendly and very pleasant staff. Particularly good location for visiting Weston-super-Mare, it's close enough to the beach, Brean Down and the Welsh coast and the restaurant. One of tourist spots - Birnbeck Pier - is relatively close to the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed that.
